Hello, and welcome to Dreamwidth's community for fans of British (and Irish*) comedies!
There are a few general posting guidelines on the community's profile, but most of them are common sense so don't panic too much over them! Perhaps the only one which is worth paying close attention to is regarding downloads - if members would like to share downloads of full length, commercially released episodes of a show, please keep it to private messages or another site! This is to avoid getting the community or Dreamwidth into hot water over copyrights (and besides, there's no harm in encouraging others to support the makers and buy the DVDs). Shorter clips and YouTube videos are more than welcome, though!
Otherwise, anything and everything is welcome - reviews, news, favourite clips, art, fanfiction, and updates about actors' other projects (and also anything else which I may have forgotten).
If anyone has any questions, comments or suggestions, feel free to leave a comment or send me a message! I'll normally reply within the day.
Happy posting!

Date: 2010-09-11 05:00 am (UTC)Some of my favourite Britcomms are Absolutely Fabulous, Vicar of Dibley and The Good Life (which I'm watching right now). I've watched and enjoyed Black Books but not a lot of it.
There's a couple more, I'm just forgetting what they are.
Looking forward to seeing what other people chime in with!
